Hernandez has been retired since 1998. It's 2013 and he is still not in. He only lost to prime 130 Mayweather and prime 135 De La Hoya. I think he should get in, he was at one point THE man to beat at 130. The loss to DLH was obviously just a money fight, the guy was too small for 135 and only went up there for that one time.

Corrales has been gone since 2007 and is still not in either. I think Hernandez should be let in before Corrales.
