its so funny to me how everyone at 140 & ww can fight eachother and everyone loves these fights but if Floyd fights them then it sucks and he's cherry picking. He would get destroyed for fighting Alvarado. Im not even made at this fight but the hypocrisy is crazy

Prescott was beating Alvarado before the TKO. An average brawler like Rios knocked him out.

It's a good come back fight to get back in the mix, but I don't think it will be competitive.

Took the words right out of my mouth. How is Alvarado a better fight for Pac (a fighter with a recent loss) while Floyd versus Guerrero is a cherry pick (a fighter who hasn't lost in some time)? I swear some of you guys in here spin everything to make Pac look good and just slam Floyd for everything he does.

On another note, I'm glad to see Pac get back in the saddle. I hope he takes it to Alvarado and show he still has it. That'll erase the KO out of a lot of people's minds and get people hype for a rematch with Marquez. I really wish the TR vs. GB cold war wasn't going on as I'd like to see him match up against some of the up and comers at 140. This is a "decent" fight, but his options are getting more limited under Top Rank.

Ill just wait for the Arum/TR spin and Pac fans to start labeling Alvarado an ATG.

This fight is marginally ok I mean since he only has 5 options ( which is a joke) and 2 of those ( Marquez and Bradley would rather fight each other ) hes fighting the best available I guess but this site is on Manny nuts so hard its sad he's fighting a 140 lb er with a decent resume and everyones thinks this is a great fight. People on this site are so quick to give Manny exuses but are so quick to grill Floyd when he fights better opposition if Floyd was fighting a 140lb er this site would lose their shiz.
This fight is made for Manny to look good and for Bob to pimp his #1 H*e for a couple more years because Manny hasn't looked good for a year and a half. Just my uneducated opinion on the subject but the fight happening in China doesn't make any sense for Manny I mean they have already said that the Ppv is probably going to lose 20-30 % of what he normally does having it in China and with such an unknown fighter with Mike it'll probably do 500-700k buys and that's where he makes a most of his money I mean he was gaurenteed like 9 mill for Marquez and the rest on Ppv. I just think Bob probably gets a massive site fee from the casinos to have it in China.
Realistically if Manny hasn't completely fallen off and gun shy he should beat Mike pretty easily.

If Marquez beats Bradley,then Pac Marquez will be in a very high demand..It would make too much sense not to happen..The same goes for Bradley should he beat Marquez..

But this all depends on Pac beating Alvarado anyway..Which is not a giving,Alvarado is going to be a dangerous foe for Pacmonster..If you don't believe that after Pac being laid out like that,mentally he might be a different fight..I don't know what to tell you..
