ok, thats cool. I dont know what youre money is like so I cant say was too high or not but if a G is alot for you then dont ever bet that much unless you feel really really really good about it. Dont do it on a hope bet or a I think so. Do it because you really really really believe that Canelo will get it done.

I wont tell you not to like others have because then if Canelo wins, you will be pissed......lol

I will just say to be careful and dont be large amounts unless you truly really like it. Also stay away from betting with your heart. Like the one guy said, props are great in boxing but if Canelo were to win then I wouldnt be a 100% shocked if he stopped Trout so I would stay away from a prop in that case

Naw, a G isn't that much. I'm not trying to sound like a baller or anything but between my 9-5 and the money I make as a trainer, it's cool.

$1000 is a $1000 though and losing $300 hurt. I still have to pay $100 of it today at the gym, can't wait to hear the gloating.

I will have a nice payday coming this weekend. I don't know, I think Canelo is going to do a number on Trout, I have that gut feeling.

yup bro.....that's the beauty of it when it comes to prop.. you really don't have to pick a winner, picking the outcome of the fight sometimes is easier...

A good system is the point system. You never bet more than 10% of your bank roll so you rate the bet out of 10. There are programs out there that calculate your odds for you.

            Alvarez-Trout over 9.5 is 1/3
            Alvarez-Trout under 9.5 is 9/4

so when you are betting, are you doing it online, with bookies, or are you just betting regular people, like guys at the gym?

This time I bet with guys at the gym but one of the coaches has a bookie I have bet with.

Again, I'm not a huge gambler, I do it for fun. When I'm in Vegas I gamble because, well...it's Vegas.

This match up is so intriguing.

ok, I just get a lil worried when you start betting big money with regular people. Guys stop not wanting to pay. Canelo may win on a techniqality and the guy may not wanna pay and so on.

They thing I started hated about it is that you just dont watch sports the same way when you get into ********. You dont just have that full on enjoyment anymore.

Like you may be a Canelo fan and bet him to win a decision. Canelo comes out and starts killing him and by the 5th round you can tell he's going to stop him. Now if you are just your normal fan self, you are super excited and feel on top of the world that your boy is putting on a show.

You cant wait to talk trash and gloat but instead you have no joy. You are sad and angry because even though your guy is winning, you bet big money for him to win a decision and instead he's about to stop the guy. You immediatly actually start rooting for the oppononet to do something just so the fight can go all 12 rounds......lol

I told this story before, I lost $400 on the DLH v Trinidad fight and that ****** because I thought DLH won and so did everyone in the room watching it but I had to pay.

I also don't bet with people who don't pay. That will get your ass beat.
