I have to agree with TS. I mean it's obvious that they decided to use it for the 1st time with a Mosley who everyone thought was shot and didn't stand a chance. But also the trainer who said "they always wrap him like that", was probably lying.

I always believed he used it for the Mosley fight cause he had trouble making weight and was desperate. The irony of the whole thing, Mosley was most likely juiced for the fight. Notice how he never called for a ban on Marg or anything....it was always ppl outside of the situation. Mosley was desperate as well, divorced, pretty much given no chance of winning, so why not juice again?
