Yeah I'm glad he wasn't seriously injured. I'm also glad that all of the opponents that Mosley's fought while he was on steroids weren't permanently damaged as well.

But I agree. If he had used plaster then I'm pretty sure it would have been noticed. Cotto just gave too much in the first 7 rounds and burnt out. Simple as that
