So, Holyfield and Spinks have done it?

I've heard/read about Spinks situation vs Ali and I'm not gonna try and discredit it cause I wasn't around obviously but I guess Rigo has the honor to be on that list with 2 great names.

Great accomplishments. Not only does he shut the critics up but also shot that "this ain't the amateurs" bs down too. Whether people like it or not amateurs do matter. Some people fail and some prevail in the pros.

So, has anyone else done this before? Unified/lineal champ and P4P in just 12 fights? Maybe somehow he can become undisputed. If Oscar has the balls to make that 3M offer to Rigo and Arum again that is.

GBP no longer has hold of the WBC belt, luckily for Rigo. Santa Cruz is gonna have his hands full with Romero (IBF titlist).
Oh **** you are right. Romero did say he wanted Rigo but isn't Frampton his mando? Who has or is fighting for the WBC?

Kazuto Ioka won his first world title in his 7th fight and unified the WBC and WBA belts in just his 10th fight. But it wasn't for the lineal championship.
His uncle Hiroki Ioka also won a world title in his 8th or 9th fight in the newly formed minimum weight class.

He's certainly in short company if so.

Natas made a good shout on Holyfield. But that said, I don't think Qawi wasd Top 5 P4P quality when he beat him.

And there is absolutely no question what so ever that Rigondeaux is now in the P4P list. You don't beat a Top 5 P4P fighter in their prime and not be in the P4P list for doing so.

Yea but those guys weren't lineal or were put on the P4P list. Like I said, Rigo isn't on the list YET but he rightfully belongs on there.

Unified and lineal champ as well as P4P in 12 fights.

Victor Terrazas vs. Cristian Mijares is coming up for the vacant WBC title.

Terrazas is a Top Rank fighter and if he wins, Rigo's most likely next opponent.

Terrazas and Mijares are fighting for the WBC belt on the 20th, and Darchinyan is #3. Rigo's mando is Quigg, but I can see Quigg/Frampton happening before-hand. I think Frampton should fight Santa Cruz instead of Romero.

It was a great win. Other notable early Champions:

De La Hoya WBO SFW in his 12th fight and LW champ in fight 14.

Sven Ottke became IBF SMW champ in his 13th fight after only 19 months as a professional. Rigo has been pro for 4 years.

Damn... The tables are set for Rigo. Arum better make this happen.

Like I said, these guys you guys are listing either had one or the other. They didn't have it all. The only thing Rigo is missing is being undisputed.
