hell yeah, i was already telling my dad "i hope they don't rob this man if it goes the distance". scorecards were too fucking close.

haha, i got a little worried for rigondeaux when the KD happened. after watching the replay they showed in between the rounds though, it def looked like he was caught off guard (coming out of the clinch i think). he recuperated well though, he didn't look as tired as martinez did.
Saved that pic to my HDD... Will admire for many years to come.

I agree with this Donaire could be just as successful at 126 or more but 122 is Rigo's houseee.

When it comes to two competitors at their absolute peak,I can't say I remember anytime a clear dominance like this has occurred at this stage of the game. Rigo was just a genius in there. I seriously felt like he handed out a tutorial on how to perform the sweet science to its purest form.

Any doubt I had was quickly erased by the third round. What an exceptional fighter I just saw tonight. Much respect to the man

Totally forgot about Terrazas. WBC has got to allow the unification.

              -Rigo vs. Mijares/Terrazas

Anybody else thinking he was going to get the stoppage in the 12th?

I thought he had him when he had Donaire on the ropes

I was very worried. I thought Donaire was just going to throw the biggest hook ever and perhaps get incredibly lucky. I was shouting at Rigo to stay back and dance away for the last minute.

Stoppage, no. But I did think a knee was coming from Donaire. He looked frightened

I don't want Rigo to move up for a little while, he seems perfect for 122 right now. Also liked Diaz in the corner, he needs to stay hungry though.
