Haye's resume at HW is a complete joke. Are people stil surprised by this guy? He's taken the easiest route his entire career. He'll get a shot at Wladimir again one day, and he'll fold again. All hype, no substance.
See this is what i don't agree with. Fighters that have and still are doing less than Haye get shots but the fans don't ridicule that decision, but demand Haye fight better competition. If anything the demand should be on the title holders not the contenders to fight better competition.

Remember, Haye is the guy who promised to SAVE the heavyweight division.

He's doing a great job! Another trash match-up. What a top bloke.

        I totally agree.

For a man who claimed he will 'save the heavyweight division', it's surely an embarrassing choice of opponent.

How the hell fighting Wawrzyk would give him any of that...This fight would be bad even for David Price boost of confidence.

You can't compare that with Wlad's stay busy fights (although all his recent opponents are waaay better than this guy). It's different when Wlad fights 3 times per year and Haye who is fighting once per year when he is not retired...
Are you joking? Are Mormeck, Wach, Thompson, Pianeta waaaay better than this guy? I doubt it. Mormeck was shot to shizzle, yet Wlad tried to build him up like he was some sort of Mike Tyson. Wach was "bigger" than him, that was the selling point in that fight - but he was just a human punching bag.

I'm not going to defend this opponent because I was campaigning for a Pulev fight - but it's laughable to hear Klitschko supporters criticize Haye's opponents when either of them haven't fought a legit opponent for years, nor are they planning to.

I think Haye should have gone with someone else, to push the agenda. But don't act as if Wlad's recent victims were anything special. You would have defended Wlad's choice if he had chosen Wawrzyk, just like you did Pianeta.

For me the bottomline is that I hope Haye is becoming an active fighter. If so then fight Wawrzyk or someone else as long as he fights 2-3 times a year. You can like or dislike Haye's antics outside the ring, but he is a colourfull character and the division can surely use such a guy.

You take it FAR too personally.

So what if Haye "said" this or that, all boxers talk a load of bollock .

It's up to the sane, logical people to separate that from reality.

If you take everything every boxer says at face value, and then go around calling them liars and getting upset if it doesn't happen, then you are taking this boxing Lark FAR too personally.

It's like Haye ran over your dog or something

Believe me they are. That shot Mormeck, who was awful btw, would school Wawrzyk. I don't know why are you mentioning Thompson - he was mandatory...

You haven't read my posts and haven't got the point. I am not saying that Wlad's recent opponents were anything special, but Wawrzyk is faaar beyond that. Let me remind you I was actually very supportive of Haye fighting Charr.

                  You obviously haven't watched Wawrzyk..
I don't need to criticize Haye, I am just a bit disappointed that he returned to his old ways.

I believe Haye will be given a second chance before Tyson gets any...

He is doing an excellent job by hyping up himself while doing very little (compared what he could do).

It's not personal, it's just annoying. He is better than that - or at least should be.

Why am I mentioning Thompson? Why are most people mentioning Ruiz when talking about Haye's supposedly "rubbish" opponents. Wlad asked to postpone his mandatory with Povetkin to fight Pianeta, why didn't he do it with Thompson?

Yes I've read your posts, and no way in hell does the mormeck that fought Wlad beat any legit HW. Mind you, before he fought Wlad he hadn't fought in two years. And all of a sudden he gets a shot at the title. Baffles me you can defend that choice. Out of all Wlad's cherry picks through the years, that one is the worst.

Why are you saying I haven't watched him? Yes I have, he's nothing special but he's a better choice than Mormeck that's for damn sure. Imagine if Haye fought a shot to shizzle cw who hadn't fought in two years. You guys wouldn't have let us hear the end of it!

And wasn't Wawrzyk touted for a potential match-up with Povetkin? Would you have criticized him the same way? Or does different standards apply? We all want to see another Haye-Klitschko fight. And I agree that this is not the way to do it. But it's certainly not worse than what Wlad and Vitali have been doing lately.

Haye-Charr was as bad a fight as Haye-Wawrzyk is. They are both crap fights. Equally. But at this stage, no Wlad fan will come and cause a riot over Haye's opponents when he's fighting cans to. Not when i'm around.

"His old ways" - you know better than that mate. Come on.
