I love it how you think Pacquaio took too much punishment to the body and that somehow took his legs away.

That's such bull****. Show me a moment where he actually landed a body shot that looked like it even remotely hurt him? Pacquaio has taken harder body shots from Margarito and been fine, stop smoking crack, Marquez didn't do **** to his body, and even if he did there's no evidence to show that body shots recently have done **** all to Pacquaio.

Stop trying to glorify your prediciton, it's ****, Pac got feinted and hit with a hard right, and then jumped into a well timed shot, nothing more, jeeze.

This guy didn't even watch the fight. Marquez was going to Manny's body with lefts, opening him up and setting up the right. Accumulation of body shots take a toll on any fighter. Stop trying to tell me I don't know what I'm talking about when you didn't even watch the fight. And are you saying that my predictions were off? Marquez even said he would go to Manny's body with hard body shots and that's what he did.

Manny won rounds 1 and 2. Marquez didn't do much in those rounds. Manny did more but no whupping.

According to the judges, Marquez got the 3rd round (naturally) but if you take that knock down away, just to analyze, Manny was doing OK in that round. Meaning, there was no whupping but he did get knocked down cleanly.
According to the judges, Marquez got the 4th round but one could have easily have given that round to Manny. I guess that last shot by Marquez convinced them but I thought that overall, Manny did better. Lederman gave it to Manny as well. Again, no whupping.

5th round: Manny whupped Marquez to the point that Marquez was in big trouble. Marquez had wobbly legs for the last third of the fight but managed to hang on tough.

6th round: While Marquez did get a few shots in, Manny was in control and was going to win that round until the one shot KO.

The momentum was clearly on Manny's side prior to the KO and Marquez showed signs of physical deterioration. That is what people are saying. No exaggeration.


I just googled and read the first article that came up on this. So its not just Manny's fans. Prior to the KO, the analysis was correct and not an exaggeration BUT you clearly exaggerated when you said, Marquez was whupping Manny. That is not the fight that I saw.

How is that apples and oranges? He's dead on. Pacquiao gets bad decisions against Marquez and you all say, "the judges have spoken. Deal with it and stop whining". A bad decision goes against Pacquiao and your tune changes to "forget the judges. The people have spoken!" You can't have it both ways. And Marquez was not being destroyed in the 4th fight as Pacfans claim. The first two rounds were uneventful. Marquez knockdown was crushing and put PAC flat on his back. Pacquiaos knockdown barely made Marquez touch one glove to the canvas. Marquez took the fourth and Pacquiao took the fifth big. Then lights out....
