I'm afraid it's more the case that Manny has lost back to back fights (3 really) and is no longer relevant.

Bring on Marquez vs Bradley (and as I think somebody said yesterday - Rios vs Provodnikov and Manny vs Alvarado).

Yeah.... ummmm, he won a close decision (yet again) against JMM! He beat Bradley...then Kod by JMM. So thats 2wins 1 loss.

Think Bradley has to play down the Pacquiao rematch... if he doesn't do that and asks for a rematch with Pacquiao... it's like he's admitting he knows he lost the fight.

No, Manny " forever sleeping " Pacroid lost at least twice with Marquez but got robbed. And the last fight he not only lost, but died !!!! Maybe he was robbed vs Bradley but it was karma.

Nah it's the opposite, Bradley has been nothing but disrespectful to Pac ever since he was given the gift decision, and Marquez just thinks he gets robbed in every fight, the man can't take it he lost previously.

If anything Manny has been nothing but humble to bot fighters, they are avoiding him for multiple reasons.

1) Bradley got outclassed, if it happens again he'll have zero bargaining chip and it'll confirm what many already knew, that he's not on the same level as the elites.
2) they are acting like they want to face each other so that Pac will possibly be more swayed towards paying one of them more to fight him
3) Marquez has everything to lose and not much to gain, he wants to sit on his memory of how he KO'd pac and not have it demolished by him losing in the 5th fight
4) Marquez wants to be a paper champ by beating Bradley.
5) Pacquaio is now more than ever out to prove that after his loss to Marquez he is not a shattered fighter, and whatever he fights next will have to face a guy that has a whole country rooting for him to suceed, with that much determination I don't see him losing.

I have to disagree.

1.) You said he'll have 0 bargaining chips. He has the belt. Plus he begged for the rematch. Theres no doubting he wants the fight.

2.) This maybe true.

3.) Both said the 4th would be the end, not its the end if Pac wins. His career is more than Pac and he has other ambitions.

4.) Beating Bradley doesn't make you a paper champ. Beating Diaz does.

5.) There is another way of looking at this one. With all that pressure to make up for his showing and that humiliating KO. He will over do it and get another L. Just like Bradley almost did in his last fight

I want Manny to take an easier fight anyhow. No need to throw him back in after that sort of loss. Bradley and Marquez is a great great fight for boxing fans!
