I'm still confused. Is there a rule that if a champion has a fight in the weightclass in which they hold a title, it MUST be a title fight? I don't get why the fight can't be a Jr. Welterweight non title fight. I wish both titles could be on the line but I do understand where the IBF is coming from. Interim titles are bull**** trophies.
