yeah u can see alamodome from river walk if u high enough up in the hotels there so it may be like at least a few miles away i wouldnt walk it tho maybe on the way to the fight is ok but not afterwards late at night.

i only been to SA a few times for the fights so im not the expert here like the guys who actually live there, but I did explore a lot and over all its more about eating good grub than chasing *oes night life.

word im all about that bro. problem is im in LA and not that many fights come thru here. i mean big time HBO fights. yeah espn fnf, and few showtimes and of course the home depot center in carson. but in my opinion more big time fights should be in LA at Staples Center now that be a great time for out of towners to come thru. all the bars and clubs in downtown LA to hit after the fights would make an epic time. i used to go to all the big fights years ago and most of them were either in Vegas or Texas real good venues with good live hardcore fans.

I feel you too much trolling and hating on the forums but im older cat and honestly all i care about is seeing a good fight, eating good food, getting drunk and getting some booty lol

well I was suppose to take the megabus down from OKC but they canceled all the OKC routes and I didnt know until the last second. That screwed everything up so now Ill be taking the greyhound

A few of us were planning on driving down there but with the gas prices right now we're also considering just taking Greyhound. lol

Looking for a cheap hotel at the moment....the Super 8 on the Pan Am Expressway doesn't sound too promising based on the Google reviews. Stained towels and c*ckroaches and thieving maids, apparently.

yeah, I thought I remembered rapping I to you before about that because Im from the DMV. How long you been in SA? Ive been to Dallas a few times but thats pretty much the only place Ive been to in Texas so Im kinda looking forward to passing through Austin and seeing what SA is about. Next time Ill drive and check it out more, along with Houston
