True, but I think Khan deserves the opportunity to set the record straight (just like Cotto did against Margarito).

I don't know, I got excited when you said "This has already been addressed." I thought you'd have some official source, but no, it's the saint Lucas Matthysse.

Why did Matthysse agree to the 141 catchweight though? It's something you must agree to. He was offered something else to agree to that. It's alright if your boy sold out for something better. If it was on him to agree to this, it's more like he's dumb rather than he got screwed.

this is waht I found funny but since I support Lucas I let it slide but now I am putting on my unbiased hat on, we cant take the fighters word on it and I remember showtime said the're weight was accurate.

If we take the fighters word on it then I guess we can just skip drug testing everyone.

cause we all know the HONOR system in boxing is beyond reproach.

Matthysse holds the WBC Interim belt so it's relevant in this case.

What unification rules? The current 140 WBC champ is a unified champ! If Lucas wins and the WBC doesn't allow it, then they should strip Danny and the winner will still be a unified champ without the fake WBC belt

I would prefer it went to someone else not involved rather then having the loser of a fight being allowed to keep it.

The WBC will have 3 unified champs after the trout Canelo foght

like i said before, who cares???? its funny to see ppl whine about belts like they matter. the most important thing is the fight. the belts do nothing but make the fighters money. the damn things already mean jack ****. stop trying to protect or preserve their sanctity, they have none. i could see if the fights were actually **** and the the winner wouldnt be able to gain anything. but that is not the case here. so honestly, who cares?

I don't understand the point of it, but at this point I just really want to see Matthysse face a strong physical Jr WW which he hasn't faced. If he comes out of this victorious I'll be convinced.
