To be honest, he is like 10% better shape than I am, and I'm a sloppy bastard in boxing terms. I'm drinking beer right now...but I'll put in 5 miles tomorrow and bench press a dump truck so we're pretty even. J/k, he is in great shape................slightly better than me.

An old pic just before he fought Ramos I believe though hes stood real close to the camera. Just thought he looked a bit fuller lately.
Neck looks thicker, wider across the shoulders, bigger arms.

He may well of put a few lbs on. Could just be the photos though.
