    Looks the same as always.

Rigondeaux is in very good shape year round, and always in tremendous shape when fight night is near.

Rigo doesn't work with Heredia btw, just for the record.

if he did it's only a couple of lbs. he's a tiny guy. it would take a long time for him to put on a bunch of muscle, and you wouldn't have to make a thread about it, because you would notice.

i think you can just make the leap and say that he's in the best shape we've seen, without speculating about the amount of muscle he added.

A lot of people actually say his natural weight is 118 and he is too small for 122.

That picture was taken on the Arce Donaire fight, which memo was there only because he works with Arce come on bro stop with the lying.

Look at Rigo's body from the Rico Ramos fight i see no difference at all

He did put muscle on. If you Google "ryan loco rigondeaux" you will see. It's the pics where he's training with Belfort.

I personally think he's a small 122. He's at 122 all muscle so Idk how it would affect him going down to 118 (even tho I've said he could go down).

God damn Heredia has a big ass melon head. Apparently not using from your own supply doesnt apply to PED dealers.
