son, if there's something you need to learn the words "personal" and "loyalty" does not exist in business.

that's your lesson for the day...will no longer reply to you as it would just be a waste of time. but please don't take it personal
Actually Arum said something along the lines of "loyalty" to HBO when he said Mares v Nonito couldnt get done.

So if it doesnt exist then where does that come from?

you said it yourself..."loyalty to hbo" not "hbo's loyalty to fighters". can you spot the difference?

You have it twisted personal and loyalty should not exist in business, that does not mean that they do not exist~ what are businesses made of humans so sometimes the humans in charge have human reactions.

Most good businessmen know how to check that, HBO did not do that in this case~ don't know how you could say otherwise. Not working with GBP is a business decision, making a big deal out of it with a public press release is different.

son a business organization is an entity separate and distinct from its owners so i don't know how is that relevant.

I don't need any lessons from you because I actually DO business with ESTABLISHED business people so I know how it goes and not taking the word from a poster on a boxing site. All you did was try to sell me that Golden Boy is going to hurt from this decision which doesn't seem to be the case. AND I never said it was any loyalty in the corporate world but it is personal decisions made. Bob Arum is a perfect example. If you can't acknowledge this then YOU are the one that needs to learn a lesson about business. You can't even hold a civilized debate without trying to belittling me. Go ahead with that.

I ain't your son, Boy don't speak to your superior in such a fashion.

That isn't what I was talking about the owners (stock holders in Time Warner) don't really run HBO, the people running HBO are employees who are all individual human who have feeling and emotions~

So what the fuck were you just trying to sound smart about Boy?~

Read my first post again, you said loyalty and emotions don't exist in business, I told you they do because businesses are run by humans thus human tendencies slip into the business world. Good businessmen for the most part know how to check that sort of stuff, HBO businessmen did not in this situation thus I don't know how you could say anything good about them.

Owners aren't involved in HBO because stockholders essentially have no say just employees.

And I ain't your son, Boy with my first post did I call you names or insult you Boy, no I didn't because I can have a man conversation and disagree without name calling because men can do that. Boys on the other hand have to do stuff like that, when you get a real man opinion come see me I have no time to talk with an idle minded Boy~
