    Bellew blew his big chance

I like Tony Bellew but he needs to step up a gear or two if he wants to be remembered as a great.... He has took a couple of steps back in this fight, so the quicker he shuts Chilemba up the better..

Damn that was a poorly written article, nearly gave up while being bored about press seating arrangements and the authors opinions on British alcohol legislation. Perhaps he would like to talk about the fights a bit more instead of whining?

As for the card, Matthews-Crolla was a good close fight, should definately see a third fight at some point. Bellew-Chilemba ******, it was a horrible clash of styles, which a draw was probably fair, was a fight of two halfs, and once Chilemba ajusted to Bellew he did make him look pretty ordinary, but he took a long time to do so, and seemed to just give some rounds away so scoring it in his favour was pretty hard to do in my opinion. But anybody calling the fight a robbery is an idiot because there's no doubt it was close, I personally had Bellew nicking it but a draw is certainly reasonable. Hopefully those two don't rematch though, the first was an awful fight, why would anyone want to see that again? Hopefully they both find opponents that will make for more interesting bouts.

Yea he was acting like an idiot there, I don't usually get on boxers back for things they say after an emotional fight but bellew was an idiot for saying what you quoted there, he didn't do enough to win that fight and he seem deluded to that fact, he needs to move on and get another ranked fighter in and he needs to calm the **** down and not pump himself up toooo much for a fight.

Bellew should take the draw and move on to other opponents.

I totally agree, I think Chilemba would more or less pick up where he left off.
Same as last time out only Chilemba starting faster.

Just because you didn't like the focus of some of it doesn't mean it was poorly written, it wasn't. Nor did I talk about alcohol legislation, which would cover all aspects of it in the U.K. and focus on licensing laws in general — I talked about it in relation to boxing crowds and the way venues deal with it. The reason I touched on this was because I got a closer view of the crowd due to the press seating issue, which was worth mentioning otherwise someone would criticise my comments and accuse me of moaning about things I was removed from due to traditional press row ringside seating.

There has been talk of the crowd trouble on forums, mostly based on hearsay, so the article was well received by quite a few people, including other .com guys.

              So 'ner.
