i dont know if you knew but moreno turned down a fight with nonito a couple of times.. he wanted 2 more fights before nonito and signed with GB this was well documented when everything was taking palce....agbecko was in the tourney so there was no way nonito could've fought him..

Didn't he and his management turn down signing with TR to get a nonito fight?

No. I think Moreno was having management problems, but signing with Top Rank wasn't a requirement, not that I remember. He chose a bunch of Golden Boy paydays over one bigger payday for Donaire, I don't blame him for that.

            According to Bob Arum?

I like how you say Moreno turned it down. Still trying to discredit people the same way you said Ward's resume is DECENT.

Take away Darchinyan and Montiel and who does Donaire have on his resume?

                Nope, according to Moreno.

According to reports in Panama, World Boxing Association (WBA) bantamweight champion Anselmo "Chemito" Moreno (30-1, 10KOs) has rejected an offer to face WBC/WB

What's more important, the # of fights or the quality of the fights?

Before all 4 fights Nonito was in last year, did it ever cross your mind that he would lose? If it didn't cross your mind then you don't even believe they were quality wins.

What do you think he would do to a guy who telegraphs his left hook?

                    Uh....when did that happen?

Anyway, I've had Nonito at P4P #1 since last year, simply because he fights more often and he's whooping ass without the need to cheat or have homefield advantage.

An undefeated boxer in my eyes will ALWAYS mean you haven't tested yourself.
