This will be the most anticipated fight of 2013. I know all you dudes are jaded, but guess what...Pac getting knocked out (KO of the year) in arguably the FOTY is a big deal and will bring in more viewers.
If this fight is so big then bob wouldnt be taking it to china. I'm not saying this fight isnt big for manny fans -to see him get revenge. But for many fans/media this was the 4th time JMM beat manny. The KO just made it clear cut.

...Unfortunately for most of you, this is professional boxing not amateur boxing. Let JMM decides what is best for him financially.

Any UFC that does over 500k is a huge success for them, so no they don't 'average 500-1 million'

Check the MMAPayout Blue Book. They used to average around 500k at their peak. 2012 was a down year although they are having a decent start to 2013. I'm not bashing their numbers but you can't claim those huge numbers.

Did Juan say he would be OK with fighting in Asia?

I don't know what's going on behind the scenes with China etc, but I can guarantee you two things; this will be the biggest PPV of 2013 (unless Mayweather fights Canelo) and it will do a bigger number then #4 even if it is overseas.

it' almost comical how this 80 something year old sociopath is pretending as if he's going to live for ever and he deserves a sense of entitlement.

why would sales increase so dramatically over the 4th fight? just because manny is coming off a KO? The last fight didnt do more than manny/cotto and now its gonna gain another 100k plus purchases?

I don't know. But HBO will probably put a ton of money into marketing and promoting so maybe it will.

I doubt this happens, although I would like it to because these 2 guys make for entertaining fights, but correct me if im wrong, but didn't marquez say that he's not interested in another fight? and im pretty sure he's not gonna go to china

It's going to happen crazy as it seems nobody and I mean nobody is interested in pacquiao-Bradley many fans would agree that there is definitely more interest in a fifth fight between these two look at Lamotta- Robinson they fought like 5 or 6 times and they were all entertaining.
