other fighters could have the "expertise, techniques, footwork, ring savy andwhat have you" but one has to admit what pac had already got is difficult to surpass.....

Good comparison though, because both fell off around the same age 34-35. These last 2-3 fights Pacquiao has will determine alot.

135-he beat david diaz who was the weakest champion there-no impressive

147-won the title at a catchweight

and that 154 title he won as a vacant title at a catchweight of 150 against an unranked fighter

so thats not really that impressive at all
