Forget his amateur credentials shouldn't he get nothing but praise for what he has already done in the pro ranks and the fact that in what will be only his 12th pro fight he is taking on a top p4p?
In this day and age where fighters are continually ducking and all these big fights are falling apart we have a tremendous talent that doesn't want tune ups etc
He is going straight for the best! No falseness, no messing about.

His style may not be for you but look at other olympic medalists getting all this praise for fighting journeyman a division below, Rigo is fighting the best in the division that is far bigger than him in less than half as many pro fights and he gets cr4pped on

Less than two weeks to go, you'll have no choice but to give El Chacal the respect he deserves.
For what he has already done in the pros.

Of course , there is his win over..... And that other guy..... And....... Wait , he hasn't done ****!!

              What has he done?

Look man , I know Rigondeaux is skilled and talented. I freaking get that. Anyone can see his talent. But you can have all the talent in the world and be an underachiever. Rigo is not by any means an underachiever. But he just hasn't done anything. If he beats Nonito which I personally don't see happening. Ill give him credit. I think he doesn't have the punch output to keep nonito from being the aggressor. And if Nonito is the aggressor I think he will be the one making improvements throughout the fight and adjustments and earning the rounds and possibly even get the stoppage.

I just don't get the double standards by his fans.

Which is it. Is Nonito overrated and Rigo is going to expose him or is Rigo a beast that will dethrone a p4p fighter??

Some are already celebrating a win ,but supposedly over an overrated fighter??

Its sickening. I enjoy watching Rigondeaux but his attitude is a turn off and his fans make me wish he got koed cold.

When Rigondeaux said Nishikoa couldn't see, he was implying because his eyes were slanted and that's highly offensive and uncalled for buddy.

Both fighters are extremely great and the fight is going to be excellent. Fans of both fighters just like to talk **** but deep down they have tons of respect for their opponents. It's almost here, 10 days away!

Rigo hasn't fought a high enough ranked boxer to make claims like this.

Pernell Whitaker was a good boxer but he had 4 losses and he lost to Carlos Bojorquez who had 10 losses lol.
