DAVID HAYE says his latest comeback will not end in tears like Ricky Hatton’s ring return in November.
The Hayemaker will face an opponent, yet to be confirmed, at the Manchester Arena on June 29 in the first of two fights this year.
Haye, 32, hopes back-to-back wins will get him in a mandatory position to face either WBC world heavyweight champion Vitali, 41, or his younger brother Wladimir, 37, who holds the WBA, IBF and WBO belts.
It will be Haye’s first fight since he stopped fellow Londoner Dereck Chisora in July last year – following their brawl at a post-fight press conference earlier in 2012.
Haye, who first retired in 2011 after his points loss to Wladimir, insisted he would only fight again if it was against a Klitschko.
