How did he get the gun from Cali to New York to begin with?

He flew to VA, where it isn't illegal to have a concealed gun as long as you have a permit. He then drove up to NY and was going to fly back from there. NY is only one of like 3 or 4 states in the country with these kinds of gun laws.

I'm telling you, when it is all said and done, he will face no jail time and get probation.

Too bad 95% of the country doesn't have the same laws as NY does. MAn, I swear, I think it's just the fact that the guy talks about God that people want him to go down in a blaze of glory or something. He had a registered gun, a permit to carry it, it was unloaded and in a damn locked box.

He was able to fly into VA with no issues even though the gun wasn't registered in VA because only NY and like 4 other states have whack gun laws.
