I'm calling bullshhh on that one..I live in NYC. The only time your case gets transferred to the city from the bronx is if its a high profile case. Big azz courthouses on 161st will gladly have you otherwise...I know i've been there.

my man me and a bunch of other people from my block got snatched up on idictment charges and each and everyone of us were going to court in 100 centre street because the drugs were being bought in manhattan even tho it was bein sold in the bronx

Man Guerrero was packin some serious heat on his visit to the 700 club... ******. Still though, they should let it slide. He was coming from out of town with another wise legal registered weapon and following procedures checking it at the airport... Call him am idiot, give him a stiff fine, and let that be a lesson to everyone. He's a stand up citizen without a record. A stern slap on the wrists is in order here.

He will be given his first court date 2-4 months from now. He will get locked up for sure. It won't be for at least 8-12 months.

My only hope is that this doesn't turn into a cause for political retribution by ******* boxing judges given the current gun control debate. It happened with Pacquiao against Bradley for opposing gay marriage. I hope the judges judge his boxing and not his support of the 2nd ********* and being a Christian going on the 700 club.

Did you not read what the article said? The law was changed moving the unloaded gun from a misdemeanor to an E class felony. Criminal law doesn't get into your intent when it comes to breaking a law...you did or you didn't in this regard. So whether it makes sense or not a gun with no ammo is still breaking the law in NY

yeah there is no offical charges yet, he hasnt been arriange, judge can throw it out if he wants.
