I was actually giving him a slim shot in this fight.. If the fight goes on May 4th..His court date is May 14th.. With this hanging over his head he has no chacne at all.

Guerrero should be able to post bail and get back to training. The trial won't start until several months from now. He should be fighting in May with no problem unless there is some legal jurisdiction issue to fight in Vegas.

Guerrero's best bet is to plead guilty instead of opting for a long drawn out court case. A sizable portion of the money he makes from the Mayweather fight is going to line the pockets of his lawyer along with paying for his traveling and hotel expenses. Guerrero is an idiot, what a way to throw away large amounts on money on something that could have been avoided.
