Mark Breland was a semi-regular coverboy for them back in the day, so would it be him?

          Merci Buckets!

Give me a few minutes to think of another trivia question and I'll pass along some points to whomever gets it right.

He was truly great, at the amateur level.
The amateurs got a lot of network T.V. time (ABC ran a show called "USA vs The World, In Amateur Boxing- it was really great), back in the 80's....& Breland was an actual attraction.
He KO'd almost everybody he fought, which is really incredible for an amateur.

Back when he made that cover, the big story was that he floored the soon-to-be Welter champ, Milt McCrory, in a sparring session.

He finished with an amateur record of 110-1.
Who was the only man to beat Breland in amateurs?

Jabs, you might know this...Was that the cover where they had a photo of Breland dreaming away with thoughts of being the next Ray Leonard (who was also on the cover up in a clouded corner)?

Or did that one come out after Breland had already turned pro?

Darryl Anthony, I believe it was...I remember watching Brealnd taking revenge on him in the pros and stopped Anthony in three or four rounds.
