Definitely wouldn't make sense as a duck now that I think about that after you bring jail up lol but that was my first thought aside from maybe they got someone else with the same name and this just blew up as kinda mistaken identity without all the facts

Understandable but the guy I quoted actually brought up the fact that he could go to jail. He obviously didn't think his post thru.

I was actually thinking the same thing about mistaken identity. This whole thing doesn't sound too "concrete" right now. Maybe it was some dumbass cop trying to get some publicity like "hey look I arrested Guerrero". But in fact its the wrong one. We will see...
