people not from the east coast dont really know how serious bloomberg is about guns. I dont think ghost did anything serious but you know if bloomberg will not let him get away with anything.

Its probably the most serious thing in NYC, Bloomberg doesnt play around. I'm sure he wasnt trying to do anything illegal with it but im not sure why he would bring a gun into NY in the first place. He knew he didnt have a license there and could never arm the gun with ammunition, so he couldnt "protect himself" with it

The requirement to get a driving licence is consistent across the states of America. The same cannot be said for guns as the states have varying regulations. As a result it is not dumb that the licence does not carry over.

We all have opinions. That's my opinion on that.

Driving regulations also vary from state to state. Some states allow you to turn on red lights and some don't.

He obviously didn't know the laws or else he wouldn't have been arrested. Obviously this is his own fault, ignorance isn't a legal excuse. But I think clearly he thought what he was doing was legal.
