Come on Buncey and co.. "Nothing wrong with Price's chin". There is a problem, stamina was shocking but his chin will always be suspect at best.

Price is a nice guy, I've met him but his time at the top level is just unrealistic.

He took quite a few punches. It doesn't make his chin amazing (or even just good) but it can't be as bad as we thought.

How about the stoppage, I think that even though Thompson wasn't throwing bombs Price wasn't defending himself for 20-30 seconds before the ref gave him a STANDING 8 COUNT?
I think a stoppage was in order he was done.
Although I can see how the ref did give him every chance to recover.Last edited by Malius; 07-06-2013, 05:28 PM.

i dont think price's conditioning/stamina was the downfall tonight. thompson landed some pretty solid bodyshots. that was actually some of the best bodywork i've seen at heavyweight in awhile. everytime price started retreating it was after a good shot to the body. people act like it only takes one shot to the head to change a fight at heavyweight.
