I agree w/ Forrest too. He thought Mosley was going to be his claim to fame. Guess he forgot he's gotta fight other guys too.
I meant the crack pipe, but I'm just messin' with you.

My own choices are Roid, of course, Briggs certainly and I would add Tua. What an under-achiever this turd was! Blessed with a great chin, K.O. power, and the advantage of coming up in a "less than stellar" era, he accomplished little. People raved about him and he punked out when it came time to deliver. (Vs. Lewis)
Even his NAME sounds as if you're trying to spit him out of your consciousness.....TUA!
Yeah, to call Duran a fraud is insane, and I don't think Roy was a fraud, he just stuck around too long; however, I have to see that Tua was an unbelievable underachiever. I thought he could be the next big thing, and his lack of consistency has been a huge disappointment to his fans, fans of the sport, and me.

You can say they were overrated, but none of them were damn frauds.
Thank you. Mike Tyson has turned into a joke, but his dominance of the heavyweight division was too long and too too dominant to be labeled a fraud(and I can't stand the guy). Roy Jones went from being a middleweight champ to a heavyweight champ and dominate for years... not a fraud. Bernard Hopkins a fraud... hell no. He not only beat Tito and Oscar, he beat their asses- come on. Lennox Lewis- say what you want about him, but he's no fraud. His losses to Oliver McCall and Hasim Rahman were a disgrace, but he was one of the best Heavyweight Champions in recent history. Do a little research playa.

Ah, I think what has been generally written about Carnera has been exagerated to a great extent. He probably did have some setups in the early portions of his career, but I have a hard time viewing his whole career as many others do, because on film the big guy doesn't look all that bad of a fighter...With these eyes, he certainly looks more talented than someone like Vitali Klitschko, to tell you the truth. And his title winning effort looks completely legitimate when you watch that fight, as did the KO punch (an uppercut along the ropes which jarred the hell out of Sharkey and finished the fight).

Not a great fighter by any means...but I think the big guy deserves a break once in awhile.

At this time i am very disapointed with Jaidon Codrington. Reading all his raints about he well be champ in 06, im a career wrecker and i break my heavy bags down. i beleaved his words then he finally got hit and it broke my heart.

                  Rockin'
Klitscho is smarter, better chin, and appears to be the better outside fighter...But to me Carnera certainly has much better inside skills, strength, punch variety, better handspeed & footspeed, heart, stamina, etc. Power is pretty equal, but if there is an advantage it would probably go to Klitschko. Same with the left jab.

There's plenty of other fights available of Carnera's besides the Baer & Loughran ones, and he probably looks his best skillwise in the Sharkey & George Godfrey fights.

It was ridiculous that people got so carried away with this guy.
Here is a guy that dont have a clue?? HBO creation??? How is that?? Only two of Hopkins fights before Bustin up tito was even on HBO, and that was his fight with Jones which was on the undercard of Bowe vs Ferguson, and his fight with Holmes which was part of that tourn. Hopkins fought on showtime a few times, and the rest of his fights were one USA tueday night fight, Foxsports Nets.

                      You have no clue
