I don't think this is necessarily bad for boxing. TR and GB will for sure have to put on the best fights possible (within their stable). We may not get Rios vs Garcia but we can get Garcia vs Matthysse. We may not get Donaire vs Mares but will get Donaire vs Rigondeaux... This move will force all four companies to up their product [HBO, SHO, TR, & GB].

Everyone knows arum is a pos, but golden boy acting all holier than thou when they're up to the same **** as arum is just silly.

I find Showtime to be a more realistic place to make another obvious "super 6" like tournament, not HBO.

Since last May HBO has lost Cotto,Mayweather, Canelo and a deep pool of fighters. Right now their best bet is that Showtime can't pay all this guys and they come back to HBO or that Felix Verdejo and Oscar Valdez grow up very fast and they can market those two as the faces of the network.

I started reading, only to realize I don't care. Both sides are lumping idiots doing nothing except hurt the sport.
