Deserves criticism?? Nah, nope, not at all. That sounds to me like you're searching for something. Bradley showed tremendous will in this fight. Throughout history fights have happened like that. Visit Barrera/Juarez. It happens. Ike/Tua. Sam Soliman/Winky.

Bradley doesn't deserve criticism for pulling victory from quite literally the jaws of defeat. In fact if I'm being honest, I cannot think of another fighter off the top of my head who I'd be confident in saying would have done what Bradley did last night. That was friggin unreal.

What do you want from Bradley? He's always been an average fighter skill wise and he always will be one. What separates him from other fighters is his will to win.
        Completely agree.

It's weird because people are expecting a guy who is a master boxer when they should be expecting what they got last night.

          Agreed.

          If anything, he deserves credit.

He was hit with adversity and he pulled through, he showed heart, grit, will to win, desire. And he won the fight.

yeah, because Bradley's known for playing to his opponents' strengths and getting put on bendy-legs in 5 rounds out of 12.

if anything, he's known for astutely selecting different primary weapons for different opponents.

people are blind to the fact that Bradley put himself in the peril he was in last night.

he's definitely above average. and he usually fights a lot smarter than that. he fought dumb last night, but also with awareness. he knew what he had to do in order to land the next big gig.

like i said in a previous thread he showed a warriors side many wouldn't even come through , how the hell does that deserve criticism? and when nearly out on his feet the way he boxed was what a young fighter should look at if they ever find themselves in that position.i wasn't a bradley fan until after seeing this fight he deserves all the credit in the world!

bradley absolutely deserves respect for showing a big heart i'm not doubting that....BUT i just don't think he's p4p#10 worthy anymore. he got a blatant gift against pacquiao and now he went life and death and almost got stopped against a soft tune up. had the reffing been done properly, bradley might have been stopped in the FIRST ROUND.

we can applaud bradley's heart and will, but at the end of the day it's not enough of a criteria to keep him as a top ten p4p when there are plenty of guys atm (mares, froch, viloria, etc.) who are more deserving of being top ten p4p.

He's not known for playing into his opponents strengths no but he is known for forcing a fight and biting down and coming straight back.

The only thing that surprised me was Ruslan could hang with Bradley on the inside. I knew he'd be on the inside often, that's his style. Ruslan's stock went up for me and Bradley did what I except, pull through like a warrior. His mental toughness is one of the best in the sport.

I disagree mate. I don't think he put himself there by choice. I once he got hurt, he didn't want to be on the inside as much as he was.

                    But I respect your opinion.

I don't want to take anything away from Provodnikov as he fought his heart out and did what any underdog should do but I'd be telling people a point blank lie if I said ''You know what he's better than I expected'' because he wasn't. He looked like a limited who would be easily outboxed/broken down by the elite of the sport.

And there lies the problem. All boxers with a reputation would be criticised for winning in a dominant fashion against the likes of Provodnikov. Canelo is never given a break, Marquez was criticised for his routine win against Fedchenko, Donaire v Nishioka, Martinez v Barker.... the list goes on. Other fighters are getting slated for looking a class apart when they deal with the likes of ( or in some cases superior opponents to Provodnikov) yet people want to get up in arms for slating Bradley after a life and death performance?

In the end he showed his metal but it should never have gone so far.
