On paper? Canelo by a longshot.... But taking age, etc into consideration? Maybe Broner. Josisito lopez while dangerously undersized is a Demarco type of win...maybe better since Ortiz is a higher caliber fighter than Demarco imo and Josesito beat him.... Name wise Canelo has Shane which is probably a bigger name than Broner will ever beat.... Cintron is a decent lil win too... Baldomir too... Resume? Canelo has a better one... But Broner might have the more SIGNIFICANT wins. The Ponce win is his best imo..controversial or not Ponce is better than Demarco to me.
No way dude. Those two might be the same caliber fighters but one was #1 in his natural weight class while the other was going up TWO weight classes and looked pudgy as ****.
It was? Well damn... Maybe I thought it was FNF cause I remember watching it and I didn't have Showtime at the time. Good ol' stream I guess.
This is Trout's 3rd appearance on showtime in a row. They've also shown a couple of his fights before too. That's where I saw him 1st & was like, "you know what, this guy can fight".

Trout is a solid fighter but I personally don't believe Cotto has anything left and I discount that win quite a bit.
I don't think Trout hits hard enough to get Alvarez's respect and as a result he will have a hard time holding him off and winning rounds.
Now now, tell the truth buddy. What happened was you assumed be were canelo riders, don't even try and lie now.
I don't read every post. Generally I assume that if someone posts twice their second post will somehow logically follow up their first. That however doesn't seem to be the case here for whatever reason.
I hardy see the point of saying someone will have a better resume if they beat someone they havent beaten. Waste of breath.
I give Broner the edge now for his win over DeMarco who is better than anybody Canelo has fought. If Canelo beats Trout fair and square then he goes in front of Broner because Trout is a better fighter than anyone Broner has fought. Even if Broner KOs Paulie it would not equal a Trout win because Paulie just isn't very good. If Canelo loses to Trout then Broner would remain ahead of Canelo resume wise.

Yeah, that would make sense if canelo was some kind of pressure fighter. He's a guy who gets tired, but was lucky enough to be in there & patiently eat blows from small, shot & or old men while throwing dazzling combinations & stopping them by the reasons already specified.
Trout is physically strong, has a commanding jab, he's faster on his feet, has the better angles & can fight inside & outside. I expect him to turn canelo & take advantage of canelo's patience & beat him to the punch repeatedly while serving a boxing clinic in the center of the ring.
i wonder if canelo beats trout will ring magazine put him as top ten p4p?.....they added broner after he beat demarco, so it would make sense that they would do the same to canelo as well. just thinking about it makes me cringe.
