Anyway I don't think Canelo is at the point to be making demands to Floyd lol. He should just spite him and fight better fighters than he does. He could fight Serg and say trolly things like "I'm 23 with a better resume than you hehuehuehue"

Yup, canelo is fighting Trout, who's for sure a more (well rounded) fighter than Angulo. However I think it's important to remember that as far as I'm concerned, both Angulo & Kirkland still possess the truest power at that weight. And a few solid shots from either can render a better fighter senseless on any given night.

Sometimes I really don't get the hatred Floyd's hardcore fans have for this guy. One minute its he's too big, then it's he's not fought anyone, then it's he's scared to fight Trout. I get the first two but the third one? Didn't he immediately take that fight and then it turns into well he's not fighting sergio martinez..so what is he supposed to fight Martinez and Trout on the same night? I mean come on...I also don't get how you can justify one guy fighting Cotto at 154 but not willing to defend that belt against anyone because you deem them too big..so what gives? Why even go to 154 to fight cotto and beat him if those guys are too big in that division. The fact remains both Canelo and Floyd are champions in that weight class why shouldn't canelo want that belt too? He's fighting Trout and will then hold yet another belt if he wins..why shouldn't he want to unify the belts? I'm no fan of Canelo but I just don't get the bashing..technically Canelo has done the same thing Broner has done but Broner get heralded as the second coming of jesus around here. I guess the double standards just are amounting to a point I find them annoying and quite hypocritical. Oh and for the record I think Sergio deserves a shot at Floyd at 154 before Canelo gets one...

I don't accuse nor assume anyone is a fan of anyone on here..because honestly it gets done to me regularly. Now you and I both know full well there are a ton of mofo's on here (Mainly Floyd fans) crowning Broner the next one in line and even the heir. You say i'm misguided..I say go visit threads dating back to mid last year and come back here with the same exact opinion I have on the subject...I guarantee it. Broner beats guys in his division? He started out light for a reason bro..not because they are his natural weight division. You jump from 147 like it's nothing and he's fought guys in his division? Broner is built for the 140/147 division naturally..beating up guys naturally 20 pounds lighter than you proves diddly squat to me and just because you can dehydrate yourself to make weight for that division does not mean it's your division..it's one my biggest pet peeves in boxing these days.

I never said you assumed I'm a fan. Fact is I don't like neither Broner nor canelo. But it is ridiculous to claim Broner is overhyped but canelo isn't. But if you compare the number of Floyd fans to Floyd haters, I think you'll find the fans in the minority. Furthermore did you miss the many treads about the canelo fans who believe they have a legitimate claim the Floyd is actually ducking canelo??

Now you'd have to be a bonifide idiot to claim that a fighter like Floyd would be ducking a totally unproven fighter like canelo. A fighter who probably isn't even gonna win his real jr middleweight debut come April. What I'm saying is both are overhyped. it does take monumental amounts of bias to say broner is hyped but canelo isn't.
