The criticism on Canelo is that he hasn't fought anyone. Well, he chose to fight a guy that really brings nothing to the table, except high risk. Trout is the 154lb version of Winky Wright. I disagree that Canelo deserves a shot at the #1 guy in the entire sport for winning 1 fight in his division. Although it's more than likely the next fight, Canelo has Angulo, Kirkland, Molina, Martinez as great options. But it's only because Floyd ran out of options that this kid has a chance to fight him. Canelo is a good fighter but we only know what he can do with clear advantages, The Trout will be a tell the world what Canelo is made of.

I never said you assumed I'm a fan. Fact is I don't like neither Broner nor canelo. But it is ridiculous to claim Broner is overhyped but canelo isn't. But if you compare the number of Floyd fans to Floyd haters, I think you'll find the fans in the minority. Furthermore did you miss the many treads about the canelo fans who believe they have a legitimate claim the Floyd is actually ducking canelo??

Now you'd have to be a bonifide idiot to claim that a fighter like Floyd would be ducking a totally unproven fighter like canelo. Not to say he's ducking him cuz I don't use that term but why avoid the fight? It's bigger than a Guerro fight, you have to agree with that?
