Bradley sucks...great fight...only because his opponent beats tb half way to death...then gets gassed for the next 2 or 3 rounds which allows tb to work his way back into the fight...at best the fight was a draw...but I had whatever his name is...winning.. the first two rounds couda easily been 10-8...nd the last round there was a knock down...some of the middle rounds were split...Tim got another gift...but far bttr fight

That's what I expect from Bradley.

He just further confirmed what I have seen from him time and time again.
He's looked so much better than that against much better opponents though. That was an awful performance, the worst Bradley's given on a championship level. Don't know why he was so bad, but that's no where near the norm.

well his heart is better than average for sure. if you didnt know before, you do now. hes got as much heart as anyone in boxing.

great conditioning too and certainly above average physical strength. i think his boxing skills are better than average too, not great though.

how did Mayweather's D look against Burton* and Corley? great? or slightly more like the defence of a mortal? he was trying to make himself more attractive and put himself in the shop window in those fights, too. he came out to **** in the Corley fight especially and looked sloppy as hell at points (not all of that can be blamed on the southpaw factor).

          *here's a clue -- Mayweather Sr. sure wasn't impressed

and nah, i'm not comparing Bradley to Mayweather (and i'm aware that Chop is a better technician than Provodnikov). whatever degrees of quality exist between the fighters isn't the point. the point is that when typically dominant guys make choices that give their opponents more of a chance, there's a tendency for them to look less than invincible.

Bradley is certainly above average. taking a fight where he put himself there to be hit and using that as proof that he's an average defender is somewhat unfair to the guy.

          i will return to this.

I thought outside of the 4th round his defense looked pretty solid for most of the Colrey fight.

Burton was an outright war though I agree.

Mayweather at 130 (Burton fight) his defense wasn't too sharp though. Funny thing is, a lot of people considered it quite leaky. He was certainly hittable, due to of course being more aggressive.

I've stated in this thread a few times and I'll state again I do NOT think Bradley is an average fighter.

You tell me who is as well rounded as him, is average-solid in ever area with the heart, desire, and will to win with his work ethic is an average fighter I will tell you you're wrong.

I'm not saying he's average. He's certainly not.

I'm just using his words (Which correlates with my opinion that seems to differ from a few others here) that he's average in almost all areas and isn't "exceptional" in particularly his defense. And opening a discussion on it.

Don't blame Bradley for looking bad... Styles make fights. Like they say, everyone has a plan til they get punched and Timmy's eyes were glazed over from like the 1st or second. Give props to Prov. He didn't LET Timmy.

Wow then I have been overrating Bradley then, am actually agreeing with him here because he is indeed average especially from what I saw in his last fight.

if Bradley had average defense he would have got knocked out. i was at the fight that dude dodged alot of bombs in the mid rounds.

If he had an average chin and heart he'd have been knocked out.

If he had an average defense he'd have been hit over and over again and dropped and wobbled multiple times by Ruslan.
