OMG,

You got to be kidding me right? You swear Trout has been fighting top quality guys his entire career. The guy has 14 KO's AND while fighting bums. Dude, I hope you know that you're the FIRST to EVER say that Trout has POWER.Comment

Yeah that's what money and tv hype can do for a bumb like Canelo.
Better resume? Can you mention any Canelo's recent opponent that belongs to the same weight class?

What would be the point of posting.
My favorite is... who has Trout fought besides Cotto? He's Shot!
They're right. Trout doesn't have Prime Mosley or Baldo on his listComment

Trout sloppy??? When Canelo swings and misses, he damn near spins himself 360 degrees. I believe, atleast I hope that Trout will be able to capitilize on Canelos mistakes. And with Trout's constant movement, and fairly good at ducking punches - Canelo better get his stamina ALLL the way up for this fight.
Actually, Trout is 16KO's in 24 fights. But way to manipulate the numbers to fit your agenda.
Trout definately DOES have power, I would say atleast on point with Canelo. He would probably have more KO's if he was a pure brawler like Canelo, but boxers that fight with movement (a.k.a. don't just stand there leaning in getting hammered like a heavy bag) tend to have less KO's. But even so, 24 fights/16KO's.... do the math. Only 8 of his 24 fights went the distance. And Canelo had 40 fights/wins at 20 years old, and they were? Simply padding his record, all in Mexico and no one knows who they are. Anyone can stack their record if they're fighting stiffs in their own country for the first 40 damn fights. And I don't even say this out of hatred, I like Canelo. But I can't stand it when people do this comparrison thing with incorrect facts. Hell, you didn't even have Trouts correct record and you were ****tin on wrong #'s.
Trout has power, he rolls punches well, he can fight off the back foot and going backwards, he uses his jab (a LOT) and movement well enough to keep come forward brawlers seemingly lost. Canelo doesn't cut off the ring well, he just follows his opponent around the ring. Guys like Canelo and Berto and Broner fight guys with litterally NO head or foot movement. And when Canelo has dealt with an opponent who has used his head movement even just a little bit (j.lopez), he swings and misses WILDLY. And you top all that off with the fact that Canelo is usually huffin and puffin by the 3rd round....
This is gonna be an awesome scrap. I think Trout schools Canelo, but gets **** on by the judges scorecards. But it will be a good fight, some give and take but with Trout being the clear and decisive winner no matter what the scorecards say. I'll take big bets with anyone who disagrees with me. :boobies:Comment

He doesn't he's just patient and doesn't do any unnecessary attacking.I'm a big Canelo fan, but what worries me is he tends to fight in spurts and his chin is questionable. I think in order for him to win this fight, he will have to take it to Trout and never allow him to get off more that two punches at a time without returning. Canelo has to return when Trout engages him. Of course that is just basic stuff and I really don't know how Canelo can win a decision over Trout without getting a gift decision. Canelo will have to put a lot of pressure on Trout to get him out of there, I believe. I just don't know if Canelo has the stamina to fight that kind of fight. He hasn't really shown it in the past.Comment
