I mean, people have been saying Hopkins is going to get hurt badly, knocked out cold, etc, in the majority of his big fights. Trinidad was going to knock him out, Tarver was going to destroy him, Pavlik was going to send him in to retirement, he was underdog against Pascal, Cloud was going to be too active and put too much pressure on him. Mind you, most of these fighters are way bigger than GG, were more powerful, and more accomplished when Hopkins fought them. GG has done absolutely nothing at 160, and yet he could KO Hopkins at 175.
