khan's not coddled, though. he's been through the ringer. dude has a very impressive and deep resume in victory and defeat. he's a warrior who takes all comers, and his matchmaking has reflected that.

Peterson outsold Khan twice here in the states bro..When Peterson fought Khan,it was the biggest crowd that Khan fought in front of here in the states..Peterson also fought Holt and sold pretty well at the gate again..With Holt none the less..I believe Peterson is some what of the money guy here in the states..Khan of course is more popular back home in the UK..

Khan actually makes less money fighting in the UK then he does in the US

GBP and HBO just overpay khan. He's like Berto, a hype machine. Its also the same excuse that could have been used for Bute, he was packing Arena's in Canada. But Khan gets a pass

What's wrong with that? Khan already lost to 2 participants as is so they'd be in the same boat. So who should he fight after Diaz? Some tune up sparring partner instead of Peterson, Matthysse or Garcia? You want him to just sit back, wait for the winner and take easy fights in the meantime?

I don't know how anybody could not want Khan to beat Peterson, Matthysse or Garcia before fighting the winner of the tournament for the undisputed title.

How refreshing to see a fair post about Khan inbetween all the usual ******s stinking the forum up.

Khan has fought 3 of these guys and yeah he may have ''lost'' to two of them, but at least he's fought them.

See, chaps, that's kind of the thing that happens when you..ya know fight better opposition, you run the risk of losing a fight here and there. Losing... you know the word? Kinda like what happened to Matthysse against Zab Judah and Devon Alexander.

Cos if your not gonna take into account all the **** around Khan's supposed ''loss'' against Peterson then you sure as hell can't expect everyone else to look at Matthysse's two official losses as wins. Then we have to be equal all around. We can't go sugar coating for our favourites yet not giving the same treatment to the fighters we don't like. Khan lost to Peterson? Fair enough. But Matthysse lost to Judah and Devon. Pac lost to Bradley. Fair's fair right?

And hey, if Khan is as bad as you all think he is then why all the complaining?

Surely you should be happy to see Matthsse(after the 10 seconds he'll need to KTFO Peterson and Garcia) KTFO Khan in the opening 5 seconds of the fight, no?

After Matthysse takes care of Garcia, who do you want Matthysse to fight? Khan will be the only logical choice for him regardless of what Khan has done recently. You'd prefer Matthysse fight bums until Khan "earns" his shot?

What if Khan rematches Peterson while Garcia and Matthyse get it on? Would that be enough to earn his shot? If not, who does Khan have to beat to earn a Matthysse shot?
