How much did Pederson make in his fight with Holt? And how much did his opponent make? And then compare that to what they would make against Khan, Anyone of them will still end up making their highest pay against Khan whether people want to take that in their little brains or not, now that doesn't result in wins or KOs in the ring but whether people like it or not Khan is still the money guy out of those names.

I think he made about 35,000..But this was before he signed to GBP(I believe he signed to fight Holt before he signed on with GBP),and against a pretty bad opponent(in terms of tickets sold)..Which is what I count as being the money man of any weightclass..Peterson clearly put's butts in the seats..I bet he won't get paid 35,000 to fight Matt's next..You wanna know why??Because it will be a big fight,which his fight with Holt clearly wasin't..

If Peterson did not mess himself up messing with those PED's he would have made 1.5mill to fight Khan in a rematch...He already had made more money for not taking that shhit contract Khan had offered him,and fighting his way to earn his shot..I believe Khan offered him 300K to come to the UK..Peterson turned it down,fought his way to the top(oh btw how much did he get paid to fight Cayo??Yet it lead him to more money..No??)and I believe made around 500K to fight Khan in his hometown where he was the draw..

Look, the Khan/Peterson fight is not happening anytime soon due to the whole PED issue. The fact that Peterson is in this tourney is a stain on our sport.

Khan v Judah II is imply laughable.

All that leaves if for Khan to either rematch Garcia or fight Lucas. But if those 2 are stuck in a tourney and it's official, he will have to wait to see who the winner is and then fight him, having already fought 3 of the 4 guys in the tourney, arguably beating 2 of those names.

Khan, resume wise is the best of the lost, Matthysse has a good slate too. Garcia and Peterson are second tier in terms of opposition faced and beat.

So Khan fighting the winner of the tourney isn't that far fetched or unfair. I was hoping he would get his Garcia rematch before that but I doubt it now.

Plus, will Khan even stay at 140 while the other 4 are fighting it out, with the end of this tourney most likely some point in the summer, which means a Khan fight can't take place till winter.

1. If Peterson wins the tournament he's fighting Khan according to Schaefer. So obviously there is a chance that Khan/Peterson 2 will happen "anytime soon"

As far as more money,to their respect opponents..I believe Maidana would make more money fighting Garcia and maybe Peterson(if the fight was held in D.C.)now all the other stuff your talking,bringing money to the venue I don't know..The promoter get's paid off the event in general..So you know the promoter is always going to love a fighter who can draw fans in..

I'm not taking a dig at Khan at all..I believe he is a fighter who brings thins to the table..But the notion he is some crazy draw is a bit funny to me being that this kid has never really sold well in the states..HBO(as we know)will pay big for big fights..If the fight is not big they won't pay big money for it..
