So rich, privileged people can't get into boxing journalism?

No, he has a terrible, irritating voice and he's extremely biased. He not a kid anymore, he turns 40 this year.

He has a terrible lack of tact, and much of what he says is factually wrong.

So while maybe he had rich parents or whatever, he CHOSE to go into boxing. I'm sure his parents would have wanted him to become something else but the man followed his dreams and that much, at the very least, is to be respected.

          You're joking, right?

You MEAN to TELL ME that Max KELLERman's WEIrd WAY of ENUNCIating every OTHER word is NON-irritating?

And unbiased, are you kidding me? Granted, most of HBO's commentary crew has been fairly biased (Jones and Steward are the only ones who spring to mind that weren't overtly biased), but Max is biased as **** in regards to "slick african American" fighters.

Whereas guys like Merchant and Foreman preferred punchers, and Lampley just seems to favor whoever is HBO's most stoic guy at the time. (Cotto, Pacquiao, etc...)

40 is young. Compare that to showtime and the rest of the hbo crew.

Irritating voice? I guess it's a personal preference. His voice wont stand out in a crowd. It's not high pitched or too growling.

How is he extremely biased? Against what fighters? I'm curious, because i never picked up on it.

No, rich priveleged people find it easy to get into boxing journalism.

It's usually people from boxing backgrounds that know what they are talking about who find it more difficult to get into boxing journalism.

Thankfully, Roy Jones is usually there to set Kellerman's silly and biased musings straight.

Yes. I find his voice soothing.

I'm not an english speaker, maybe that's why i don't pick up on this super annoying way of pronouncing words?

Rich privileged kids usually turn to more profitable and conservative professions.

                    Is life unfair? Duh.

It's hilarious when Roy argues with them saying you had to go through it to understand. They all just shut up and agree.
