The reason is, the most hated boxer was the one who brought up testing, and the most beloved/hyped boxer declined it.

BHOP has not knocked a guy out since DLH which was like 8 and a half years ago. Personally, i don't think he is on steroids, but PEDS as HGH or EPO are always going to be suspected.
