Did you just completely skip over that part? As fast as Gmaboa is with his feet, Broner is just as fast with his hands. Not to mention he'd have a reach advantage. As soon as Gamboa goes in on him, expect a step back right counter to meet his face.

no i didn't but thats not complete, i agree with some of your points and completely believe AB will kill gamboa....as far as the bold, i wouldn't expect that because broner doesn't use that a lot like floyd, if that fight ever happens i expect him to get close and stay close to gamboa using his inside game to break him down and eventually walk him down and put him away because gamboa doesn't have an inside game, imo

Nature abhors a vacuum folks: People smell the weakness and see a championship belt at the end of the rainbow and thats where the money winds up hum? ....but you know what? screw Broner, how about the fight from Paulie's perspective?

No doubt that Paulie is the part of the food chain that attracts the fish that want to look big in a small pond but Paulie thinks he can win this thing and "not for nothing". Everyone focuses oh his lack of power....It may not matter. If Broner gives up a few rounds starting slow the conventional wisdom is that he will start to walk Malinagi down and score I don't think so: Broner sets up very wide I doubt he is walking anyone down with Pauli's experience. And power? Broner won't carry as much at the heavier weight....If Cotto could not ice Pauli Broner isn't. Pauli is physically well matched to Broner at this weight I believe (I could be wrong here) that Paulie has the reach and size.

No what I see happening is Pauli neutralizing Broner's speed and holding on in the late rounds....He could hold on this way as the champ and teach Broner a lesson in scoring the fight for the champ. Broner has to at least knock Pauli around, prefarably down a few times....If he doesn't and Pauli manages to win a few rounds late, on top of a slow starting Broner, then things get interesting.

This fight is a joke. Mags gets cut to shreds, leading with his chin, one dimensional, and accomplishes nothing more than getting a paycheck. Fights like these are a JOKE and BAD for Boxing. Broner is just like Mayweather; hand pick his opponents for the safest route to the bank, and pick up a lame belt, that nearly everyone in Boxing has these days, for beating nobody. Why didn't Broner fight Gamboa? Maidana? Matthysse? Garcia? SERIOUSLY..... MAGS??????????????? I'd rather watch the WWE.

Wow. A lot of folks was callin for Broner to move up to 140 after just one fight at 135. He has his 2nd fight at 135 and the calls became louder for him to move up to 140. So what does Broner do??????? One ups every last joker calling for the move to 140 and goes straight to 147. Now he's gonna make every viable 140lb'er move up to 147 sooner than they wanted to, by taking Paulie's strap. Thats one helluva power move if you ask me, and by no means a duck by Broner.

Broner has already proven he can deal with face first volume punchers. We are now gonna see if he can deal with a slick boxer in Paulie. Oh and Paulie has more pop and sits down on his punches better at 147 than he did at 140, so it wont be a cake walk like I see folks callin it. Its gonna be a good fight, and Im looking forward to seeing it.

I absolutely agree with all of that. Brave move by Broner. Funny how people try to spin it around as a duck move when that's so far from the truth.

malignaggi is much better than anyone at 135 its a good fight Paulie is a true pro and obviously sees something in Broner that he can take advantage of
