Not that I necessarily agree, but what I believe what he meant to say is that Donaire's two best wins shouldn't count because they were smaller men.

Anyway, I'm not really too concerned where Donaire belongs on the P4P list, or whether he belongs there to begin with. I'm much more concerned with his overall quality as a fighter. I believe Nonito is pretty damn good, and Rigo has to bring his "A"-game to have a real shot. If it turns out Donaire was over-hyped, all the better.
