People don't hate matts or are biased. The problem is some of his fans have taken such an extreme fringe position about him that they call any fair criticism hate. Matts isn't the victim of a gbp conspiracy. He isn't being held back.

The truth is he was an imperfect fighter when he fought zab and lost imo because he gave away all the early rounds. Yes you can argue he got screwed in st louis. But since then gbp has protected his #1 ranking by feeding him ajose who was out for a year, soto who given his style had no chance and then lundygdallas jr.

If you guys think that much of matthysse because he has so much power, how come you aren't complaining when he gets soft touches? If garcia is being protected so the hell is lucas.

You scored the Lucas- devon fight for Devon, now you think he was screwed? Explain how judah could win if you actually count the punches landed. You create so many what ifs; "what if judah landed clean jabs while Lucas hard his gloves hard". This is an example of you creating an alternate fight instead of actually reality. After beating Devon he was Ranked #7, he fought soto and then Ajose who was Morales' and Garcia's mando. Lucas was forced to fight him to take care of Garcia ducking his Mando and rematching washed up erik. Ajose is better then any fighter Garcia has faced other then Khan. And now Garcia is Ducking lucas like plague. I've asked you this before, who should Lucas have faced instead of lundy after garcia ducked him, you have yet to answer.

When you get robbed 2X and the fighters that benefited from the robbery are getting free belts and Top fighter undeservingly while you dont, then yes thats called being held back

Alexander/Matthysse was a robbery. Judah/Matthysse had a lot of swing rounds that could had gone to either guy depending what you like in boxing.

I gave Lucas a narrow margin cause of the knockdown. That fight wasn't a robbery but you can make a very good case that Lucas won.

I understand, you have no idea how to score boxing fight. You give fights to "boxers" and then justify it by saying they had great movement or they controlled the pace or "generalship". How about punches landed. Boxing is a very simple sport, you punch each other and the guy who landed the best clean effective punches wins. Defense directly correlates off of offense. It impossible to win a fight "on defense". There is no such thing.

Of course you're hating on Matt. You believe he won, yet you take the "judges scorecard" instead and criticize him for losing? That makes no sense. Anyone who scored Lucas' fights with judah or Devon against Lucas has no idea how to score fights, simple. There arent 100s of ways to score fight, there's one way.

Hey here's an idea..If you believe you know so much about scoring a fight,why not get involved and become a judge..It's so easy,right..Scoring a fight is so simple right??You go do it for a living..I promise you,if your a judge long enough you render a decision that a majority of people will deem unfair..Because like I've told you before,boxing is very subjective and everyone will have their opinions..But only one opinion matters(on fight night)and it's not yours,mine,or anybody's but the three judges scoring the fight..You don't like this rule,write a letter..Become a judge or somebody who can do something about it..Until then these or the rules we follow,your opinion on how Lucas two losses were robberies won't change Lucas rec at the end of the day..

Yes, it is, who should he have faced that was available and better then lundy. You cant answer this, which is hilarious, You complain about his opposition yet you cant say who he should have fought instead. He wanted Garcia but he wasnt given that ducker. He was given the soft touch because Garcia ducked him and wouldnt fight him.
