Even if he did move to 140 he isn't likely to be taking on a threat like Matthysse first up anyway, it would be a Malignaggi level fighter in any event (which is only sensible career-wise).

I'm not sure about Abril but it's been said that a Vasquez fight doesn't bring in the kind of money they're looking for in comparison to Burns.
