Agree. Especially with undercard fight, and FNF's. But that's pretty typical for most books.

Once the hometown crowd starts throwing money on Pascal, and noobs start to boxrec it up and see that Pascal beat him once, you're probably going to get better odds on Dawson than you're going to get right now.
Very good point. I don't regard Pascal as a total write-off, but if the odds for Dawson widened I'd go with that.

Campillo beat the shnit outta Cloud easy - Hopkins should be able to destroy him. Unless Cloud didn't take Campillo as a legit opponent and severely slacked off in training. Still he was made to look extremely limited in that fight and Hopkins should be far too complex for him to deal with, even at 48.

It's so weird that you Fat Yanks are allowed to buy guns to shoot each other in the face with, but betting money on a sports event is illegal? WTF???

I'm thinking about dropping some cash on Hopkins as well, I've just had a streak of bad luck betting on Hopkins' last fights which has this fat Mexican-Yank hesitating to pull the trigger.

This. Why would anyone bet on boxing? even if you pick it right, there's a good chance it will go the other way.

I'd only put money on if I was convinced about a KO win.

In the grand scheme of things, "robberies" don't happen that often.

The entire world doesn't view fights the way "Non Stop Boxing" views them. Most people actually believe that there is a clear winner, and a clear loser. Not a "114-113 Robbery".

Boxing is one of the most profitable sports to bet on.

That's my sense of the matchup as well. Not to mention that King is so broke, he likely won't have enough money to even pay off the judges and GBP may be playing off of Hopkins' record of oldest fighter to win a title......again.

Unless Cloud throws Hopkins to the canvas like Dawson did, I can't see the fight not going the distance.
