By default? He got a #2 Ring ranking by beating a 20th+ ranked Morales JUST because his name is Morales and he had the worst paper belt by beating 50th ranked Cano. Its hilarious

He didnt get it by default, he got it by being undeservingly shot up in rankings and then got the undeserved Ring 140 belt because they tried making Khan the RIng champ and bumped both of them to #1 and #2, undeservingly, which backfired.

He then beat #2 ranked Khan off a loss. How does this make him a champ? He certainly has not earned a spot to be called 140 champ, but he has earned the spot to be on the same level as peterson and Lucas
