He's beat basically the same if not better competition then Danny, except they didnt have belts. I mean Morales was not even top 20 at 140 when Danny fought him, he only beat Cano, who was like a 50th ranked guy at 140. But he had a fake belt by facing Cano and a famous name so Garcia got massive credit for it. The only top 10 guy Garcia has faced is Khan, nobody else was close to top 10 and he was coming off a loss.

Lucas beat Devon, who was ranked #3, Soto who was top 10, and Ajose who was ranked 9th. Soto wasnt prime but he was still good and the other 2 were prime. If they held belts like Morales' fake one, theyd be ranked top 5 easy.

I can't front this is a really good and factual post..You have a point..

But you have to give Garcia credit for taking advantage of his opportunities..

I don't agree,Matts had opportunities just like Garcia..He had a shot at a belt against Judah, he had another against Alexander..He did not make the most of them, Garcia did..

Danny is the champ of the 140lb div bro..Khan was move to number1 spot after Peterson was busted for ped use..Garcia was moved up to the 2end spot..It was a plot to give Khan the ring belt, that backfired...

No he isnt. He beat a realistically 20th ranked Morales, then faced him again when his ranked should have dropped even more, So what if he had a fake paper belt? He then beat #2 ranked Khan off a loss. How does this make him a champ? He certainly has not earned a spot to be called 140 champ, but he has earned the spot to be on the same level as peterson and Lucas
