Bogere was the one making an ugly fight. Congratulations to Abril, well deserved

Man, I'm tellin ya.. Abril is a OK boxer, but with all that holding an smothering he does.. 1st with Rios, then tonight. It's just too boring to watch. and it's not like he has any kind of personality or charisma to make up for his ugly style in the ring lol

Abril fought much better against Rios. He fought differently as well, didn't use the shoulder roll technique at all tonight that I seen. Glad he got the win tonight.

You have to take into account that while Abril DID win, Rios was a dead man that night. An Abril also held a lot!

Mora is a horrible ref. I dont see Abril boring, just tactically smart. He showed a lil aggression in this fight. If he was to be a lil more active and more power in his punches, people would appreciate his skills more. I think he would win against adrien. The reaaon is because he is the kind of guy that shocks people. And Bogere was horrible. Sorry but running in and wailing your arms around head first is not boxing. And take that ****** lion off your damn head you 130 pound shrimp.

All thru the fight I'm thinking... why is Bogere a boxer? He has no biz being that. All he did was flail, head butt, and miss. Abril was the true boxer. And as for Mora, yet again a pathetic job of reffing. Doesn't look like he learned his lesson from the fight he got called onto the carpets for (can't remember fighter names right now). Now, would Abril give Broner problems? He!! yeah he would. Maybe not win, but it would definitely be by far Broner's toughest fight. I'd love to see that matchup.

I think he showed a good chin too. He took some flush shots.

Bogere pressing the action made it entertaining to watch. I was backing him until I saw Broner supporting him.

Anyway, respect to both fighters, tough night's work.
Did you see that f@g jumping up and down for Bogere? I bet you he don't even know who Bogere is...

You approach every fight with a different plan. Rios was fighting clean (even tho he did his share of holding) while Bogere didn't. If anything that's a good thing, that tells you Abril has different styles and can mix it up.

I think he got some of that sneaky power. He seemed to back Bogere off at times and got his respect. Not a power puncher but his shots seem to have some sting on them especially when he lands them cleanly.
